Boot Camp

1. The feel good adrenlin following a good workout.
2. You feel better about yourself, both physically and emotionally.
3. The workout is different every time so you won't get bored!!!
4. The workouts are different, you don't get bored, and you have group support!
5. It allows you MUCH more leeway on what you can eat and drink!
6. Pride boot camp is always a challenge- workouts are different and keep your muscles guessing. Trainers are motivating and help push you to your max.
7. That I'm kicking my ass in to shape...literally! :)
8. All other workouts will feel like fluff routines after bootcamp.
9. Because I find out exactly what I am capable of making my body do - like assisted pullups! :-) and 90 burpees! ;-)
10. What can I say... Results! Show up... work hard... you will feel healthier, look healthier, and be healthier!
11. NEVER BORING, ALWAYS PRIDEFULLY PAINFUL & ROCK N' ROLL!!!! OH, AND THE TRAINERS ARE SUPERSTARS!

Power Yoga

1. Dru is incredibly nice and knowledgable.
2. Dru will work with you if you have problem areas that need stretching and work.
3. The music is always relaxing!
4. It's a great end to your day and great way to start a Saturday!
5. The atmosphere helps you de-stress!
6. When Dru helps you with a pose, she's very gentle and knows just how much to push you in the pose.
7. No routine is similar, and each class theme is great!
8. Even though it's yoga, it's a great workout!
9. Although the class is in a fitness gym, it's always clean, the mats are in good shape, and doesn't smell like a gym!
10. It's awesome!

Cardio Kickboxing

1. Every workout is different, you never know what to expect!
2. Because everyone loves burpees!
3. Great combination of cardio and weight training, plus you get to punch and kick things!
4. Best workout I have found in years for the price!
5. Beats the gym! Total body workout in an hour.
6. You get a lot of encourangement from the awesome people in class to keep going!
7. Lindsay is pretty creative, you never know what's up her sleeve!
8. Looking to get your butt kicked and see results? You gotta meet Lindsay.
9. I always look forward to Cardio Kickboxing, classes are always different and you never know what to expect!
10. Cardio Kickboxing was the best decision I made in all of 2010!

Renegade Warrior

1. Doug knows just how far to push you and never pushes you beyond your breaking point
2. Some of the workouts are AWFUL, but you always feel damn good afterwards!
3. Even girls can do these workouts!
4. The class combines a great combination of weights, cardio, plyometrics and body weight exercises!
5. The exercise movements themselves are varied!
6. It helps you drop even more weight and get THAT much stronger!
7. Doug can tailor the workouts to your specific needs, some of the Warriors are race car drivers, some are fighters.
8. We've never repeated a workout in 3 months!
9. Hands down better than Crossfit! My knees thank me for how we do certain exercises!
10. Great workout for the price!
