In this class we use advanced techniques such as plyommetrics, isommetrics, Olympic Weight Lifting, Kettlebell Training, Tabatas and many other techniques to give you an entire body workout that is different every time you come in. We throw in timed workouts and workout challenges so that you can track your progress and see exactly how much more fit you become month after month.

This class is not a "4 week - do it once - quick fix" to losing weight; this class is ongoing and we expect our participants to make a long term committment so that they can see the amazing affects that happen when you apply our teachings of changing your way of life through healthy eating and intense exercise. This is no "powder-puff-wannabe" Boot Camp; our program is the real deal and is guaranteed to get you the body you've always wanted!

Power Yoga

Power Yoga Logo Dru’s classes are light-hearted and challenging with a mix of yoga and fitness, while focusing on the movement of breath and balance with mind and body. Through warm-ups, spinal balancing, energetic vinyasas, and dynamic postures, Dru’s Power Yoga class is designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance. The class ranges from 60-75 minutes with the first half focused on getting the heart rate up with warm-ups and vinyasas, while the second half gears towards balance, deep stretches, and restorative poses. From balancing postures, twists, and abdominal work to backbends, handstands, and standing postures, each class routine is different, yet appropriate for all levels!

Our Power Yoga is far different than most other yoga classes you will take in the area; our classes focus more on the athletic aspect of yoga, getting in a good workout to stretch, lengthen, tone and strengthen your muscles through an amazing, energizing and envigorating low impact Power Yoga workout. This class is excellent for beginners as well as amateur and even professional athletes. If you are already in a workout regimen to get or stay in shape then you will be amazed what this yoga class can do for your muscles, your flexibility, your strength, and your overall body and mind connection. Cardio Kickboxing

Using lots of body weight exercises, foot work drills, running, endurance drills, plyommetrics, Kettlebell training, advanced core exercises and of course boxing and kickboxing movements, this class is sure to make you burn! And do not mistake this Cardio Kickboxing class for some flimsy aerobics class where you're punching and kicking thin air, oh no, here you'll be hitting pads, mitts and bags so you can really put some power behind those punches and kicks to burn some big calories!

Renegade Warrior

Renegade Warrior PRIDE Conditioning is very excited to be offering the latest and greatest workout you will find in the Charlotte area! If you are looking to challenge your strength and cardio conditioning, the Renegade Warrior Training Program is exactly what you have been looking for.

This program is NOT for beginners! The Renegade Warrior Training Program is for amateur, novice and professional athletes. Get out of that boring gym routine you read about in some lame magazine...get off the cardio machines...stop going to the gym day after day and doing the same thing over and over without seeing results!

We use the word Renegade because that's what this program is. Not normal, not average, not just another program and definitely not easy! And we use the word Warrior because that is what this class will make you! And yes, women can be Warriors too!

The Renegade Warrior Program uses Olympic weight lifting techniques, insane body weight exercises, functional strength training, explosive plyometric and concentrated isometric exercises, aerobic and anaerobic cross training as well as advanced Kettlebell training techniques and will challenge even the toughest. Workouts are constantly changed so that you're physically and menatlly challenged during every workout. This is how you build muscle rapidly, get shredded and build a rock hard core.

KILLER KETTLEBELLS

Killer KettlebellsThis class will use Kettlebells to increase strength and explosiveness, as well as increasing your muscle and cardio endurance! Prepare to work harder and push yourself farther mentally and physically. Classes will be held Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm and will last between 30-45 minutes; quick yet brutal. Kettlebells use explosive movements engaging the hips, legs, butt, arms, shoulders, core and posterior chain for an intense full body workout. This class will focus on interval training and timed sets according to the World Kettlebell Club "Elite Fitness Protocol" to help get an intense workout and speed up muscle and cardio recovery. PERSONAL TRAINING

Not everyone is comfortable working out in a class with other people and while we offer a wide range of classes with different formats that get different results, some people require a program that is truly tailored to their fitness goals; for both situations we offer Personal Training in 1-on-1 and Semi-Private and Small Group Training formats. Personal Training programs are designed by your instructor and are tailored specifically to you, your goals, your strengths and your weaknesses.

We currently have three Personal Trainers on staff that can help you achieve all of your fitness goals and we are so confident in the abilities of our trainers and the methods we use that we GUARANTEE SUCCESS! Your trainer will go over all of your goals and will then give you a physical assessment and will use this information to create a program that will work with you and your schedule to get you the results you are looking for.

Personal Training sessions are 30-45 minutes depending on the program and type of workout you are doing. We do require that you purchase a minimum of 6 sessions and we give a 10% discount when you buy 12 sessions and a 20% discount when you buy 24 sessions. All Personal Training sessions are paid for up front in full. The cost of your sessions depends on which trainer you work with and their price depends on their experience, qualifications, certifications and their demand. Background, experience, qualifications and certifications for each trainer can be viewed on the INSTRUCTORS page.

Our Personal Trainers can design a program for you incorporating advanced muscle building & fat loss training through use of heavy resistance training, cardio and plyommetric work, Olympic and Kettlebell lifting as well as Boxing and Kickboxing. We can also help design a nutrition program that will get you eating right so you can burn build muscle and burn fat 24 hours a day for fast results!

CORPORATE & INSTITUTIONAL ON-SITE TRAINING

PRIDE Conditioning is pleased to offer our services on-site for Corporate and Institutional organizations! We can run a REDLINE HIIT, Power Yoga or Killer Kettlebell class at your company, school, church, apartment complex or group function! We currently have several contracts with some of the areas top corporations and several apartment complexes. We can offer your employees, students, residents, congregation or members the best fitness class right at your facility! Our professional, experienced and friendly instructors are certified and insured to run our fitness classes at your location.

For employers, the classes we offer are guaranteed to increase the health of your employees, resulting in a happier mood around the office and increased work performance. Some companies may even be able to lower their medical insurance premiums due to lower doctors visits, medical procedures and prescriptions. Some insurance providers even give a rebate, kickback or reimbursement for offering a fitness class on-site for your employees. All of these things adds up to one thing, an increase in the bottom line!

Our programs are also an excellent addition to schools for sports teams, increasing speed, strength and flexibility. And for apartment complexes, set yourself apart form your competition by offering a premium service of on-site fitness classes to your residents, attract new residents and keep current residents longer.
