Doug Seamans, Jr., is a certified personal trainer and has started his own fitness company, PRIDE Conditioning. Doug has been involved in Martial Arts and strength training since an early age, taking traditional Okinawan Goju Ryu karate, receiving a brown belt second degree under Shihan Johnny Owens in NY and strength training at various facilities. More recently, Doug has been training in Muay Thai, Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts for the past two years through Dick Harrell Martial Arts. Doug has competed in Amateur Boxing and is currently fighting as an amateur in Muay Thai (Thai Boxing). Doug is also training for several endurance races and competitions this year. Doug enjoys pushing his clients and his Boot Camp "Soldiers" and the Renegade "Warriors" very hard, so if you are in need of a serious workout, please come see him!

Doug is certified by the World Kettlebell Club (WKC) as a licensed "Combat Athlete Specialist", teaching the WKC's strength and conditioning program for boxers, Thai boxers, MMA fighters and grapplers. Doug is also now certified by the WKC as a licensed Kettlebell "Fitness Trainer" authorized to teach the WKC's "Elite Fitness Porotocol" strength and conditioning program for fitness enthusiasts and athletes and for kettlebell lifting competitors.

Lindsay Seamans

Lindsay Seamans

Lindsay Seamans is our Cardio Kickboxing and Redline HIIT instructor. She currently holds a Level II Muay Thai certification under Ajarn Dick Harrell and the Thai Boxing Association of the USA, and has a goal of obtaining her Level III Apprentice Instructor certification. Lindsay actively trains in Muay Thai (Thai Boxing). She has amateur boxing and Muay Thai experience and is currently training as an amateur Thai boxer. She is also active in PRIDE Conditioning's Renegade Warrior program!

As an instructor, Lindsay demands hard work and respect during her classes, yet is also very nice, wants her class to be fun and challenging, and wants only to help everyone in her class succeed in obtaining their fitness goals!

Drucilla Coley, RYT

Drucilla's yoga journey began in 2002 with a Bikram Yoga class in New York. Having been active in competitive sports most of her life, Drucilla welcomed the rigorous challenge of Bikram Yoga into her exercise routine. Years of being an avid runner led Drucilla to a knee injury that required surgery. After the surgery, she decided to officially retire her running shoes and turn to yoga completely. Drucilla continued practicing Bikram Yoga and began exploring Power Yoga and Hot Yoga in many Charlotte studios. The positive, invigorating effects of yoga embedded a desire for Drucilla to expand her knowledge of yoga and deepen her practice.

Drucilla completed her 200 Hour Power Yoga Teacher Training through Charlotte Yoga in June 2009 under the direction of Grace Morales and MyLinda Morales Hutchings. Drucilla has studied with Rolf Gates at his Yoga workshop and taken classes in New York, Charlotte, Atlanta, and Asheville.

Drucilla’s classes are light-hearted and challenging with a mix of yoga and fitness, while focusing on the movement of breath and balance with mind and body. Through warm-ups, spinal balancing, energetic vinyasas, and dynamic postures, Drucilla’s Power Yoga class is designed to build strength, flexibility, confidence, and endurance.
